 Q. How will I know if my order is placed? 
 A.  Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation on your registered email and phone number. You’ll also get notified when your order is dispatched.

 Q. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? 
 A.  Yes, COD is available on all orders.

 Q. How do I know when my order is shipped? 
 A.  We’ll send regular updates via SMS and email regarding your order status and shipping progress.

 Q. How long will my order take to arrive? 
 A.  Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days in metro and Tier I cities. Some PIN codes may take a little longer.

Returns & Exchanges 

 Q. What if the product doesn’t fit or has a defect/design issue? 
 A.  We offer exchanges for issues related to size, design, or manufacturing defects.
To be eligible, please share clear images and relevant details within 24–48 hours of delivery.
