🔄 Exchange Policy
We offer a 4-day exchange window from the date of delivery. If you face any size issues, we’ll be happy to help—at no additional cost for pickup.
Exchange Process:
- Notify us via email within 4 days of delivery.
- We’ll arrange a reverse pickup (typically completed within 7 working days).
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll dispatch the replacement.
⚠️ Please note:
- If the new item costs more than the original, you’ll be asked to pay the price difference.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
- Exchange is only valid for size-related issues.
🚫 Return & Refund Policy
All our products are made to order and undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective item (e.g., damaged print, wrong product, or stains), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Return for Defects:
- Send us an email with photos/videos showing the issue.
- Upon verification, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
🖥️ Note: Color may slightly vary due to screen resolution differences.
❌ We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Made-to-order items (due to customization)
- The incorrect size was ordered by the customer
- Super Saver Packs
- Orders have already been exchanged once
🛑 Cancellation Policy
We understand—sometimes plans change!
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us.
- After 2 hours, your order enters production and cannot be canceled.

🤝 Respectful Communication Policy
We strive to provide professional, courteous support.
We request all our customers to communicate respectfully—abusive behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in discontinuation of support.
In case of customer error (e.g., wrong size or color ordered), we are here to help, but we kindly request understanding and respectful dialogue.
🚚 Delivery Rejection Fee
If an order is rejected at the time of delivery, a charge of ₹150 will be deducted from any eligible refund to cover logistics and return shipping costs.
