Refund & Exchange Policy – Antrang Store

At Antrang Store, your satisfaction matters to us. As our products are made-to-order, we generally do not offer returns. However, we provide a smooth and fair exchange or refund process in genuine cases such as manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

Exchange Window

  • We offer a 3-day exchange window from the date of delivery (including the day of delivery).

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and in its original packaging.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery via our website.

Eligible Exchange Scenarios

You can request an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • There is a size issue, or

  • The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.

Exchange Terms:

  • We will exchange the product with the same design in a different size or the correct product of the same value.

  • In most cases, we arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.

  • If the replacement product has a higher value, the price difference must be paid online before dispatch.

Refund Policy (Defective Products Only)

Refunds are provided only in genuine cases of manufacturing defects.

To request a refund:

  • Share your order details, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the defective product via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.

  • Once verified by our team, the refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 4–5 business days via UPI, GPay, or bank transfer.

Important Conditions

  • Products must have the original sticker label attached and be properly packed for reverse pickup. Damaged packaging or missing tags may lead to rejection of the request.

  • Kindly unbox your parcel carefully. If damage occurs due to scissors or sharp objects, we will require an unboxing video to validate the claim.

  • Slight variations in colour or print may occur due to lighting and screen differences. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

  • If our verification finds that the defect was caused by misuse, washing, or mishandling, the request will be rejected.

  • Used or washed products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Only one exchange request per order is allowed. In exceptional cases, a second exchange may be permitted with an additional ₹150 processing fee.


Exceptional Returns (Non-Defective Products)

In rare cases where a return is approved despite no defect or wrong item:

  • A ₹100 deduction will be applied from the refund to cover reverse logistics and processing charges.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • If cancellation is requested after 6 hours (but before shipment), a ₹150 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • If the order is shipped and refused at delivery, a ₹100 deduction will apply due to shipping and handling charges.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 4–5 business days after approval.

Additional Notes

  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.

  • Free exchange is available for size issues, but no refunds are provided for size-related concerns.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any exchange/refund request based on internal quality checks.

  • All disputes are subject to the Rajasthan jurisdiction only.
