COD Policy
Dear Customers,
At Antrang Store, we’ve always believed in building trust and delivering not just quality products, but also a smooth shopping experience. Most of our customers are truly amazing — they value our efforts, share honest feedback, and motivate us to keep going. We’re deeply grateful for that. 💛
However, we’ve also faced a challenge lately. Some customers place Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and then refuse to accept them when the courier arrives, saying they never placed the order. This leads to unnecessary delays, added costs, and affects our ability to serve genuine customers better.
To protect our loyal customers and ensure smoother operations, we’ve decided to introduce a COD Verification Process:
✅ Customers who place COD orders will receive a confirmation call, WhatsApp message, SMS, or email within 3 days of placing the order.
✅ If we do not receive confirmation within this time, the order will be automatically cancelled.
✅ For customized apparel, COD will not be available. We kindly request full online payment in advance. To make this easier, we’re offering an instant ₹50 discount on prepaid orders.
We understand that sometimes genuine customers may miss our confirmation messages. If your order is cancelled by mistake, don’t worry — just reach out to us at help.antrangstore@gmail.com or WhatsApp us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Please note: In certain cases, even after confirmation, we may be unable to process COD orders if the shipping address is incomplete or unclear.
We truly regret having to implement these measures, but this step is necessary to maintain honesty, fairness, and trust — values that we hold close at Antrang Store.
